- If a part falls within the warranty period, information as listed in PARTS ORDER
PROCEDURE is required, along with your purchase order number in which the part (or machine
was ordered).
- When placing order for warranty replacement part(s), please be sure your order notes
this is a warranty claim and we will provide a return authorization tag and specific
instructions to return part(s).
- Part(s) Must be returned within 30 days for factory inspection and possible
credit. Payment will be due on items not returned within the 30 days.
- All Warranty parts are billed to your account until factory inspection and credit is
completed.
- Shipping charges on the return and the replacement warranty parts(s) are for
customer's account.
